Within the EU (except for shipping regions, see our General Terms and Conditions), we charge a flat shipping fee of 16.99 EUR For worldwide shipping, outside the EU and delivery regions that are in an EU exclusion area, please contact us. So that we can find a suitable solution for you.

The delivery time is displayed directly in the shop, under the product you have purchased. For special requests (colour request/higher quantity), the delivery time will be extended depending on the effort involved. We will of course inform you of the exact delivery date before the purchase is completed. Please note, however, that we have no direct influence on the delivery time of the shipping service provider.

You will receive an email from us as soon as the goods have been handed over to the shipping company. In this you will find all the necessary information.

The recipient receives an email on the selected delivery date with the subject line: "You have just received a gift voucher from Max Mustermann (correct name of buyer, of course)".

To redeem the gift voucher, the recipient selects the items in the store and then during the checkout process selects the option : "Redeem gift cards" and enters the unique code included in the email.

If the purchase exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the customer has the option to pay the balance using another payment method.

Any amount remaining can be used for future purchases.

Unfortunately, personal pickup is not possible at the moment.

Our products are designed and made with love, effort and passion. For this reason, we attach great importance to the fact that our (your) unique products arrive safely and protected.

However, if the package has been damaged in transit to you, please contact us immediately by email. Please provide us with a short description and photos of the defects, stating the product name and item number. We will then find a suitable solution that you are satisfied with.

Yes, all offered paintings / canvases are hand painted by us personally.

All offered products were designed, created and hand painted by us.

Yes, our signature "Living-Space-Art" and the company logo is on the back of the works.

Our canvases do not need to be framed, as the outer edges of the canvas frames are also painted to match the color of the painting.

Since we make creative-individual-unique products, we use different techniques and combine them with different materials.This is also known as mixed media.

You will receive mounting hardware with each work, so as not to take away the greatest possible degree of flexibility in the hanging of your unique piece (portrait or landscape format). So you can choose for yourself in which format you want to hang your painting.

The wall clocks we offer, have an integrated suspension system on the back of the clock.

The end pieces fit all standard curtain rods, with a diameter of 16 mm up to 19 mm. If you want a different diameter for the end pieces, please contact us via the contact form. In this case, the item is not immediately available. We will then let you know the delivery time.

The end pieces are attached with M8 screws, also made of PLA, which are included in the delivery.

We have been producing individual commissioned works for years. More details will be clarified in advance in a personal conversation with you. The prices are calculated individually, depending on effort and size and of course written in an order confirmation. If you are interested in a commissioned work, please contact us. Simply specify the amount, the details of the recipient and the time when the card should be delivered to the recipient by email. Then, with the payment, complete the purchase. You will receive a purchase confirmation to your email address.

The knobs have an integrated M4 nut. In addition, depending on the quantity purchased, we include a suitable furniture screw for each knob in the package.

Our used paints and materials are exclusively high quality products that are not hazardous to health. Also different variety of natural products are used. The curtain rod ends, drawer and cabinet door knobs, and plastics used on canvases and wall clocks are made of PLA. Due to improved properties and requirements for the latest environmental standards, we are gradually switching all products to bio-polymer lignin.

PLA is polylactide (colloquially polylactic acid) which is one of the bioplastics. It is made from renewable and naturally obtained raw materials (e.g. corn starch). Bio Polymer Lignin consists of 100% regenerative raw materials, is food safe, CO2 neutral qualified and biodegradable according to DIN EN ISO 14855, which meets the latest environmental standards.
